What is your response time?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours on business days.
During busy periods, it may take a little longer, but we’ll always get back to you as soon as possible.
Where is my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has shipped, delivery usually takes 5–11 business days, depending on your location.

When will I receive my tracking information?
As soon as your order has shipped, you’ll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
If you can’t find it, please check your spam or junk folder.
How do I use my Meloyra cushion?
Place the cushion flat on your seat with the open cutout facing the back of the chair.
Sit all the way back so your tailbone is positioned above the opening, keep your back upright and your feet flat on the floor.
Give yourself a few days to get used to the new feeling, especially if you are used to a soft or flat seat.
Which chairs can I use it on?
Meloyra works on most standard seats, such as office chairs, car seats, dining chairs and kitchen chairs.
It works best on an upright, fairly flat seat. On very soft sofas or deep recliners the cushion can sink in, so we recommend a firmer seat for the best support.
Will the cushion flatten over time?
Unlike foam, the honeycomb gel grid flexes under pressure and springs back to its shape when you stand up.
To keep it in top condition, avoid folding it, leaving heavy objects on it for long periods, or placing it near direct heat.
How do I clean the cushion and cover?
Cover: unzip the cover and wash it in the washing machine on a gentle, cold cycle. Let it air dry.
Gel cushion: rinse with lukewarm water and a little mild soap, then let it air dry completely before putting the cover back on.
Do not put the gel cushion in the washing machine or dryer, and keep it away from direct heat.
Is Meloyra suitable after weight loss?
Many of our customers find sitting less comfortable after losing weight, for example with Ozempic or after bariatric surgery, because there is less natural padding between them and the seat.
Meloyra is designed to make everyday sitting more comfortable. It is a comfort product and not a medical device. If you have ongoing pain or have recently had surgery, please check with your doctor first.
How does the 90-day trial work?
You can try your Meloyra cushion for 90 days. If you’re not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we’ll help you with a full refund.

Can I buy a spare cover?
Yes. Many customers keep a second cover on hand, so the cushion is always ready to use while the other one is in the wash.
